With a background in technology and a deep passion for social connection, Judy often found herself asking why so many talented creators struggled to turn visibility into real, sustainable careers. Having worked inside one of the world’s leading technology companies as an Ex-Microsoft professional, she understood both the power of platforms and the gaps creators were left to navigate on their own.

From there, Judy continued to deepen her mastery of the digital world — spanning platform operations, social networking, digital marketing, creator growth systems, and entertainment media. Over the years, she has overseen marketing and growth initiatives for dozens of companies and creator-led ventures, including projects she helped build from the ground up.

As the creator economy accelerated, the vision became clear. Creators didn’t just need tools — they needed structure, strategy, and a network that genuinely invested in their success. That vision became MV Creator Network.

Victor leads live-stream operations at MV Creator Network, where he focuses on helping creators maximize performance, engagement, and earnings through structured live strategies. With deep hands-on experience in TikTok LIVE operations, Victor understands what it takes to turn live sessions into consistent, high-performing events.

From live content planning and performance optimization to real-time troubleshooting and post-live analysis, Victor works closely with creators to refine their approach and unlock sustainable growth.

He specializes in LIVE skill set training, guiding creators through every stage of the process — from first-time go-live setup to advanced performance scaling. His training covers live content structure, audience retention, interaction pacing, gifting psychology, battle strategy, and algorithm-aligned streaming habits.
